This is a classic first tune for fiddle players.  However, for us piano players the chords switch really fast!  Here is the best version I have ever heard.

This a great recording from the past.  Rachmaninoff playing his own composition!  A number of my students have been working on an excerpt from this piece, so I am posting it here for you all to enjoy!
