Bluegrass Camps for Kids is a one of a kind experience for your child to be exposed to bluegrass, old-time, and folk music. The Alaska City Folk Arts Camp presents 5 days of workshops involving a variety of traditional styles of music, dance and performance for young people ages 8-17. Four classes are offered each day along with other scheduled events throughout the week. Classes are taught by local folk musicians as well as our special guest artists.
